We care for the environment

MLJEKARA LIVNO d.o.o. is committed to protecting the environment and in its daily work strives to reduce any negative impact of our production facility on the immediate surroundings in terms of air pollution, water pollution and excessive noise.

To ensure the technical compliance of our wastewater, in 2022 we led the project “Design documentation for a system for the collection and treatment of process wastewater” together with the Environmental Protection Fund of the Federation of BiH. The project had a total value of 34,411.57 KM, of which the Fund co-financed 25,000 KM. Work on the project began on 7 September 2022 and was fully completed on 1 June 2023.

As a result, the main design for a process water treatment plant at the MLJEKARA LIVNO d.o.o. production facility was completed. It was prepared by the renowned company Z.G.I. from Mostar, which has many years of experience in solving wastewater problems for businesses in a range of industries.
